随着人工智能的发展，"智能财务（Intelligent Finance）"成为数字经济的核心内容和全球性研发课题。中国科学院于2017年重点部署并委托中国科学院自动化研究所承担"智能财务"项目，是国内首次将财务问题作为科学问题进行系统研发。
With the development of artificial intelligence, "Intelligent Finance" has become a core component of the digital economy and a global research topic. In 2017, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) prioritized and commissioned the Institute of Automation, CAS to undertake the "Intelligent Finance" project, marking the first time in China that financial issues were systematically researched as scientific problems.
自动化研究所相关团队历经数年研发，将系统科学、人工智能与财务业务深度融合，凝练出元集成设计方法体系，形成系列创新成果，并通过院属"因凡科技有限公司"广泛服务于政府和企事业单位。2021年，"智能财务报销和监管系统"入选国家"十三五"科技成果展；2024年被中央科技委作为成果模板印发全国。
The relevant team at the Institute of Automation has spent several years on research and development, deeply integrating systems science, artificial intelligence, and financial operations, and has refined a meta-integration design methodology system, yielding a series of innovative achievements. These have been widely applied to serve government agencies and enterprises through the institute-affiliated "Infin Technology Co., Ltd." In 2021, the "Intelligent Financial Reimbursement and Supervision System" was selected for the National "13th Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition; in 2024, it was issued nationwide as a model achievement by the Central Science and Technology Commission.
2023年，在原有工作的基础上，研发团队面向医疗系统相对复杂的收入支出情况，结合国家医保管理模式，开始研发面向医疗领域的"智能财务一体化系统"，于2025年成功落地国内三甲医院。在实际应用中，系统体现出智能、柔性、开放、稳定和友好的特点，深受广大用户好评。
In 2023, building upon previous work, the R&D team began developing the "Business-Finance Integration System" for the healthcare sector, addressing the relatively complex income and expenditure situations in medical systems and integrating national healthcare insurance management models. In 2025, the system was successfully implemented in domestic tertiary hospitals. In practical applications, the system has demonstrated characteristics of intelligence, flexibility, openness, stability, and user-friendliness, receiving high praise from users.
